Recruitment, the way it should feel

I have a Bachelor's and Master's in Human Resources and Business Administration. I haven't recruited professionally before, and I haven't worked at a startup. I'm fresh out of college, still learning how the corporate world actually works — not just from textbooks, but from experience.

What I do have is my own story. As a campus placement graduate, I joined an organization as an intern and spent eight to nine months trying to prove I deserved a permanent role. My manager thought I did. Most of the people around me thought I did. But leadership had budget constraints, and in the end, there wasn't a place for me. I had to start over and find another job — without the safety net a "placement" is supposed to provide.

I know what it feels like to do the work, prove yourself, and still end up without security through no real fault of your own.

That experience is the reason HireKindle exists — not years of polished recruiting expertise, but knowing exactly what that feels like.

I won't ask you to trust me because of a résumé or a track record — I don't have one yet. What I can tell you is that I'm personally invested in this, not just as a business, but as something I want to do right by people. I'm still learning, still figuring things out, and I'd rather be upfront about that than pretend otherwise.
